In this roundtable discussion we will address the challenge of Passport Subscribers – members who donate to your station for the express purpose of accessing and consuming your on-demand library of their favorite PBS programs. We will examine the impact Passport has on membership files and explore new avenues for building a meaningful case for support that will work to convert these viewers into long-term, dedicated members over time.
